I'm fully satisfied with the fragrance and everything except the delivery timming

As a saw from many times a store's publication on social media... i thought as usual stores are doing these are same nothing special.. finally i order my first customize bottle order... even though i said them to change my dlvry address that i giving on the website... they comparatively changed... and then i wanted a fragrance which i loved to much then my 2nd order was that they also sended me as soon as possible... i opened it and i used it several time... and i love it... after 1 week i noted the bottle cap is leaking the liquid... i thought may bhi in the dlvry process some thing happened or mainly a bottle prob basically from the store so i thought how will i return and how a store can replace things like thing.. i thought leave ... and i will never order any kind of thing from them now... and one day... as same bottle prob i did a voice message in the frustration... and they replied... we tallk they said me to send video of bottle i sended... trust me they made a easier process for me to return the bottle ... as they sended me new bottle... and then said me that pack that bottle and give it to riders... i did finally i got my new bottle and i checked that everything is perfect now... trust me a store they know how to take care of their costumers ... they are only "Scents N Secrets" .... literally you bought a buyers for ever... i just love you guys...
And specially one of their costumer care officers named "Rabia" she treated me so well mannered and give guidelines for better...

I recently purchased this perfume as a gift for my Love, and I’m happy with the product. The scent is lovely and the packing was good.

Was really skeptical while ordering but really satisfied after receiving. I ordered an engraved bottle for my friend as a birthday gift. … The engraved bottle came, as it was shown in the pictures on website and instagram feed. Regarding the lasting of perfume, it has a decent lasting time which is the best part. Hope to shop again soon. Keep it up!
