  • How can I place my order?
    You can add products to cart on our website, contact us on Facebook, or drop us a message over WhatsApp. We’ll just need your Name, Phone # and Delivery Address and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order

  • Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
    If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.
  • How can I Pay for my order?
    You can pay through COD (cash on delivery) and we also have an option for a bank deposit on the website.
  • How can I sample a new fragrance before purchasing online?
    All our orders come with 1 complimentary Tester of your choice. This presents the perfect opportunity for you to try a new fragrance online. Alternatively, we have 2 Tester sets for you to explore from the comfort of your home.
  • Can I get a discount?
    Discount are not applicable on first order. You will get your discount code with your first order which you can use in future orders.

DELIVERY

  • Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
    No we don't deliver outside Pakistan as of now!
  • What are the Delivery charges?
    The delivery charges are Rs 200, and on orders above Rs 3600 delivery is free.
  • How do I track my order?
    You can track your order on trax.pk and postex.pk with the tracking id you receive in the order shipping confirmation message you receive.

  • When will my order be delivered?
    Delivery Timings:
    For Karachi - 2-3 working days.
    Outside Karachi - 3-5 working days.
